Somebody I know was rear-ended a year ago there wasn’t much damage and they both exchanged info but agreed to let it be a wash. A year later the person who rear ended the other has an attorney calling and threatening for $2500. They also claim now that there are “witnesses” The persons insurance has declined it. What do you suggest my friend should do?
