I forgot to post this, but if your looking for a cleanse that works…try the GM diet. (Google it) there is also an app for it. Not only does it cleanse you and help you lose weight, it also takes away your sugar cravings and your body doesn’t take well to bad food (believe me, I tried) lol! Good luck!
