Escobar is closing….apparently they have new owners. I had lots of fun times and met many fun people there. I may stop by this weekend for one last night of Escobar debauchery especially since I am one of the original Escobabes! 🙂

Anyways, Escobar WAS the shit. I remember when that place first open and that line would get sooo long. And they would be sooo selective about who gets in and who stands outside like a dumbass. I love selective clubs. They need to weed out the riff-raff if ya know what I mean.
I moved away for a couple years and just moved back. I went to Escobar last week just to reminice(sp??) and boy had it changed. The music and crowd was sooo different.
Good memories there though!

Well I am glad they are closing. It got wayyyyyyyyy too wild in there. Drugs were available like water was!

Vogue Lounge is another club that should close too!
