So, The Hills is my guilty pleasure…yes, I know!!! I think Heidi Montag is headed in the direction of the “cat lady”….She’s had her eyes, chin, lips, ears, back, butt all augmentated.  I think Spencer really did a mental number on her.  I mean honestly, all of that looks horrid! I know it’s cliche, but a person should feel beautiful on the inside in order to be secure with who they are on the outside.  She’s only 23 years old!! That’s what is even worse. SMH!!
