Couldn’t get to sleep last night…kept tossing and turning…it always seems like just when you fall asleep it’s time to wake up again.  Woke up early and took black thunder in to get cleaned.  They shined her up good.   

I took the stairs today…day 1 of starting to get in shape for Miami.  Eating an Activia yogurt too…I’m on a roll! Did I say roll? mmmmm
