With all of my moving and lifting today….I threw my back out.  😦  Cyn came to bring me some Ben Gay (what’s up with that name?) then we went to Wal-greens to buy me a heating pad.  I’ve been in atleast 5 different car accidents and have screwed my back up majorly…..I feel like an elephant walked on my back!! We made a stop at Whataburger for a jr. combo and a chocolate milkshake….always makes me feel better! 🙂  Stayed in and watched “Silk” pretty good, but not what I was expecting.  The ending kinda leaves you wanting more. 

I’m kinda sad that I missed the cook-off, but I got alot done and it feels good to stay in for a weekend.
