Last night Beauty Queen and I decided to try out The Corkscrew…we literally walked in and walked out.  It was a really intimate and nice date spot, but not the ambiance we were looking for. So….we went back to The Tasting Room in uptown park.  It was eh..I guess I just wasn’t in the mood.  When we first got there we couldn’t decide where we wanted to sit, so we played musical chairs sitting in 3 different spots until we decided to finally cozy in next to an Albert Finney look alike….he was old and wrinkly is all I know and he was trying to hit on BQ and me…the final straw was when  he tapped me on my shoulder and told me that it was rude to turn my back on someone…I told him I thought it was rude to hit on someone that could be his granddaughter!  hahaha!! We finally shimmied our way onto 2 other barstools that were in a better location…this was our final destination.  Once we settled in, we got more comfy.  The crowd was actually a nice …but I just wasn’t in the mood to be my usual “Social Butterfly” self.  After Tasting Room, BQ wanted to go by Pandora…so we drove by and did a lap around the club.  Ran into my friend Terry, Tila Tequila’s sister…(pics to come later).  I had to be up early this morning so I wanted to hurry up and get home to sleep.  Plus, I stopped drinking @ TTR so I was already on my down.
