So I’ve been trying and have been tested!!!! Seriously? Seriously? no Seriously?? I can’t believe that we are in the year 2008 and people are still racist and stereotypical. That’s all I’m gonna say…but it does sadden me. God is in everyone…no matter what color, size, or shape they are…..to deny someone of getting something or getting in to a place because of their race, size, or shape is just wrong. Nobody chooses what race they are.
Life as a Houston Social Butterfly 
While in the middle of a conversation with a younger friend of mine.. he said something that really shocked me. He said that everything he says, thinks or does is colored by the need to be “PC” because he always see color first and reacts to it, but wants to make sure he isn’t being racial or prejudice.
I was SHOCKED that he had to put so much thought into something so simple as seeing a person and having a conversation with them. That he would automatically worry that what he said might be construed as non-PC.
I don’t see black and white, for the most part. I see people that I either want to get to know or that I don’t. That simple.
Why can’t it be that simple for everyone??
