With all this talk about the future and what lies ahead in my destiny…I got to thinking about having a serious relationship and what it would entail.  …

• Sharing and caring about each other
• Being there for each other no matter what
• Knowing there is always someone to take to social events
• Having someone to have inside jokes with
• Having someone to call my own
• Having someone to do fun things with that we both enjoy
• Learning how to love unconditionally again w/ someone
• having someone to come home to every night and cuddle with

What will this take:

• Taking the risk of having my heartbroken again
• Getting past the fact that I’ve been jaded
• Taking the risk of falling in love and not being caught
• Be willing to compromise my time
• Being ready to open up and let my walls down
• Being ready to look past some faults in another person
• Being ready to love unconditionally again
• Being ready to allow myself to worry and care about someone again
• Being willing to share my closet…if I eventually have to…

Thats a lot of willing I’ve got to do…. but the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.  It’s taken me a while to get past my last relationship, and I can finally say that I’m willing to open my heart!
