A day in the life of a Houston Social Butterfly

One of my clients called today saying that his dad died (who was one of my favorite clients) his name was Billy and he was an old cowboy….I’m gonna miss him. Anyways, his son Kaleb called and tried to add his mother to his cabin since his father wasn’t gonna be around and he figured she needed a vacation. I called the cruiseline and they were sold out. I didn’t know what to do and I heard the lump in Kaleb’s throat as he said, “I don’t know how I’m going to break it to my mother that she can’t go. ” I prayed for them and thought about it, then had my supervisor call the supervisor of the cruiseline. About fifteen minutes later, my supervisor told me that they were able to find him a cabin and honor the rate. It totally makes me feel that miracles do happen. Kaleb was so happy when I called him back to tell him it was available. Things like that make my job enjoyable.
